COVID-19 POLICY
All staff at Neuroreach Therapy have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Masks are currently required at appointments for both staff, family members and children over the age of 12.
In order to maintain a COVID-safe environment for Neuroreach Therapy staff and clients we ask that the following is adhered to. These principles are in line with Department of Health recommendations, and allow us to remain safe at work while ensuring we can deliver the best care possible for our clients. The advice is subject to change at short notice if this situation changes.
As per the Public Health Act we are unable to treat any client at a face to face appointment if they or any of their household members are subject to the following;
- Currently awaiting a coronavirus (COVID-19) test result.
- Are unwell with symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), such as persistent cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, fever, headaches or loss of sense of taste or smell.
- Arrived in Australia within the last 14 days.
- Have been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) and have not yet been given clearance from isolation.
- Have had known contact in the past 14 days with a person who was a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19).
- Have been told to quarantine for 14 days.
- Have visited an identified COVID-19 exposure site at the specified time as listed on the Department of Health website. For a full list of current exposure sites visit https://www.health.gov.au/
