Laura is the founder and director of Neuroreach Therapy™. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, graduating from La Trobe University in 2009. Having always been passionate about Neurosciences, Laura continued postgraduate studies throughout 2019 completing her Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation (Neurological) from Flinders University.

Prior to establishing her private practice in 2020, Laura spent over a decade working across both adult and paediatric clinical teams in Melbourne and internationally. She lived and worked in London, UK for four years, broadening her clinical exposure and experience within diverse healthcare systems.

Following her return to Australia, Laura worked at the Royal Children’s Hospital before progressing to a Senior Occupational Therapist role at Monash Children’s Hospital. In these roles, she combined advanced clinical practice with leadership and mentoring responsibilities, contributing to high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services.

With a specific interest in early childhood intervention, Laura takes great pride in helping infants and young children prosper. She has vast clinical experience in providing assessment and rehabilitation for a wide range of neurodisabilities including cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injuries.

Laura loves helping children with early learning difficulties to create a positive educational experience. This includes addressing executive functioning difficulties and ADHD presentations (attention, organisation, problem solving, social skills and emotional regulation) as well as fine motor skills.

Laura works towards goals that are meaningful to each individual and enjoys developing a relationship with each family and delivering therapy which has a lasting positive impact on each child’s life. She currently works in childcare, kindergarten, school and home settings to create a positive learning environment, as well as in-clinic appointments at the Victorian Children’s Clinic.

When not at work, Laura loves socialising with friends, and traveling to new destinations with her husband and two busy young boys.
