Will I need a referral to access your services?

A medical referral is not required to see an Occupational Therapist. See our contact page to request a self referral form and we’ll be in touch soon. Note: A Doctor referral is required if you wish to claim any rebate for your therapy appointments.

Do you accept credit card payment for appointments?

Our online invoicing system accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payments made via direct bank deposit.

Is it possible to claim an Occupational Therapy appointment?

We are a registered Medicare provider. Rebates may be claimed for a certain number of OT sessions, depending on the healthcare plan and referral issued from your GP or specialist doctor. Our sessions may also be claimed through Private Health insurance depending on the level of cover that you have. Click here for more information.

Can you complete assessments for the NDIS?

We provide regular assessment and reporting to the NDIS on behalf of new clients wishing to secure NDIS funding.

Are you an NDIS registered provider?

As we only provide care to NDIS participants on self-managed or plan-managed schemes, there is no requirement for us to be registered as a provider with the NDIS. Registration is required for a provider wishing to deliver services and supports to NDIS participants who are plan managed by the NDIA. However, we must still strictly abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct. Click below for more information about our requirements as an Unregistered NDIS Provider.
