Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE CLIENTS
Where reasonably practical, our therapist must be given 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time of any need to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the client incurring a cancellation fee which will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

We work closely with children in our role, and as such we understand that a child can fall ill with short notice. In these circumstances, we will consider last minute cancellations based on your child becoming ill on a case by case basis.

If our therapist has travelled to the individual setting of the appointment and a client fails to be present, a full appointment session fee will be charged.

NDIS CLIENTS
The NDIS has a separate policy for Short Notice Cancellations which will apply to all our NDIS appointments.

Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), they are able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide and the terms of the service agreement with each participant.
